General Counsel

• Work closely with your global legal team members and partner with FunPlus business teams in our Western markets to manage, negotiate, and execute a wide range of commercial and corporate agreements.
• Support the management of our IP portfolio, IP matters and compliance, and related projects, primarily focused on our Western entities and markets.
• Proactively manage the day-to-day operational, contractual, and IP needs of our Western entities and studios in Western markets.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide both operational and strategic legal counsel on risk identification and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all agreements, operations, and business activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal corporate policies and processes.

Senior Commercial Counsel, Western Markets

Game Engineer

• Design and implement modular rig systems that support procedural generation and variable anatomy (limbs, appendages, proportions, etc.).
• Build and maintain production-ready rigs for humanoid, creature, and hybrid forms, ensuring clean deformation and animator-friendly control setups.
• Develop and maintain rigging tools, scripts, and templates (Python/MEL) to automate repetitive tasks and standardize workflows.
• Collaborate with Technical Art, Animation, and Engineering to ensure seamless Unreal Engine 5 integration, including Control Rig and runtime procedural systems.
• Perform QA passes on internal and outsourced assets—verifying hierarchy, naming conventions, deformation quality, and export compliance.
• Partner with Animation to define standards for deformation, physics-driven motion, and rig-to-engine fidelity.
• Maintain documentation, pipelines, and naming standards for all rigging systems.
• Support real-time debugging, optimization, and integration of complex rigs across multiple disciplines.

Gameplay Rigger

Producer

• Manage day-to-day production schedules across internal and external teams
• Coordinate with multiple outsourcing partners
• Perform first-pass checks on incoming assets
• Maintain and evolve production dashboards, task boards, and asset trackers in Jira
• Work with the Producer to ensure milestones, stage gates, and handoffs happen on schedule
• Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and misalignments across teams
• Support art leads by managing feedback loops
• Run daily or weekly syncs

Game Art Production Manager

Designer

• Implement, tune, and balance combat systems, weapons, abilities & enemy behaviors.
• Own the feel of combat: responsiveness, hit timing, recovery, rhythm, etc.
• Calibrate interactions between player mechanics, AI logic, and camera to achieve a clean, deterministic combat model.
• Maintain and evolve combat parameters: damage curves, stamina systems, tracking logic, invulnerability frames, and cooldowns.
• Build, document, and maintain data-driven balance frameworks for PvE and PvP encounters.
• Partner with Animation, Engineering, and AI teams to refine movement fidelity, impact feedback, and rhythm.
• Analyze playtest data and player telemetry to validate tuning, surface edge cases, and evolve the meta.
• Ensure every weapon, archetype, and enemy type has a distinct combat identity and tactical role.

Combat Game Designer

• Design, tune, and balance core gameplay systems that drive progression, resource flow, and dynamic world behaviors.
• Translate high-level design goals into clear, scalable systems that connect mechanics, player motivation, and content.
• Model dependencies and feedback loops between AI, combat, economy, and world systems to ensure long-term balance and emergent variety.
• Work closely with engineering and data teams to implement tunable, data-driven frameworks that can scale efficiently.
• Analyze telemetry and playtest data to validate assumptions, identify edge cases, and optimize player experience.
• Establish clear system documentation and parameter hierarchies, ensuring other designers can build within your frameworks.
• Collaborate cross-discipline (Combat, AI, Content, Technical Design) to maintain systemic coherence and design consistency.
• Champion systemic thinking within the team, promoting elegant solutions, simulation-minded design, and measurable outcomes.

Game Designer

• Prototype and implement gameplay features, mechanics, and systemic behaviors in Unreal Engine
• Partner with designers to bring designs from paper to playable

• Create detailed, high-quality 3D models of characters, including both realistic human figures and imaginative, monstrous creatures, aligning with the game’s iconic art direction.
• Partner with concept artists and animators to ensure character models are optimized for rigging, animation, and integration into the creature generation system.
• Apply textures and materials that capture the distinct aesthetic of the game, using advanced tools to achieve a cohesive look across all characters.
• Ensure models are optimized for performance while maintaining high visual fidelity across multiple platforms.
• Refine models based on feedback, enhancing both their visual impact and technical functionality.
• Be open to working within an innovative character generation system, contributing creatively to the development of new tools and workflows.
