IT Support

• Support colleagues with day-to-day IT issues (laptops, accounts, software)
• Assist with meeting room tech & hardware setup (Zoom, printers, etc.)
• Set up and configure Windows & Mac devices
• Help manage Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
• Assist in network upgrades, post-testing after normal business hours to provide backup and on-call support.
• Operate in a hybrid working environment with initial onsite support required
• Document solutions and learn IT best practices from experienced professionals
