• Provide strategic support to marketing, sales, and account management: Serve as a strategic partner to the marketing, sales, and account management teams, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue growth.

Graphic Designer – Global Creative

• Work closely with Digital and Marketing teams to ensure graphics and branding align with overall marketing objectives and branding guidelines
• Create graphics for digital platforms and experience, including websites, landing pages, web banners, headers, icons, infographics, email campaigns, social graphics, and templates, in addition to working with cross functional teams for implementation

• Responsible for concepting, designing, and developing packaging and component solutions for skincare and beauty, taking them from sketches and materials through production-ready artwork
• Leading Creative collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are executable and aligned with brand needs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Create production ready artwork for primary and secondary packaging with regard to established brand packaging charter

• The Designer supports the Creative and Marketing teams in a hybrid model for our luxury beauty client based in El Segundo.
• Assisting with the production, creation, and adaptation of various graphic elements, including production files, 2D & 3D rendering, graphic strips, displays, print & POS design.
• Oversee architectural aspects related to different retail environments such as shop-in-shop setups, free-standing stores, pop-up events, and trade shows.
• Designing and overseeing brick-and-mortar stores and shop-in-shop setups.
• Developing graphics, some architectural drawings, 3D renders, and presentation boards to convey construction, design intent, and merchandising requirements of retail environments and fixtures.
• Contributing and working well within a collaborative team, while capable of taking initiative in completing tasks with little supervision.
• Managing multiple projects and priorities in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a sense of urgency and juggling priorities to meet deadlines.
