Technical Program Manager

• Lead delivery activities across core insurance platform initiatives, including EIS Policy, Billing, Claims, Product Configuration, integrations, and supporting applications
• Drive integrated planning and execution coordination with business program managers, technology delivery leads, product owners, and system integrators
• Lead Agile / SAFe delivery routines, including program increment planning, dependency management, status reviews, RAID management, and execution tracking activities
• Lead integrated roadmap coordination across applications, infrastructure, security, data, and integration workstreams
• Drive visibility and accountability for program milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, financials, and action items across multiple delivery teams
• Lead coordination with system integrators and vendors to monitor deliverables, escalate blockers, and ensure execution accountability

• Collaborate closely with business and technology leadership to ensure alignment between delivery execution and broader Paw Print and Skylark transformation objectives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery governance, operational cadence, reporting standards, and transformation execution practices

Technology Program Manager – Core Insurance Platforms

• Own and coordinate delivery activities across customer platform initiatives, including Dynamics 365, customer servicing platforms, web and mobile applications, integrations, and supporting digital capabilities
• Partner with business program managers, product owners, technology delivery leads, architects, and system integrators to support integrated planning and execution coordination
• Lead Agile / SAFe delivery routines, driving resolution of dependencies, risks, and delivery tradeoffs. Support integrated roadmap coordination across applications, CRM, integrations, infrastructure, security, UX, and supporting technology workstreams
• Drive visibility into program milestones, dependencies, and risks, with accountability for migration plans and delivery outcomes. Partner with vendors and third-party delivery partners to monitor deliverables, resolve delivery blockers and escalate with recommended options and impacts
• Build and maintain delivery dashboards, status reporting, and operational metrics across customer and digital platform initiatives
• Partner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Engineering teams to support aligned and predictable delivery outcomes
• Support operational readiness, testing alignment, deployment coordination, and release planning activities across customer platform initiatives
• Ensure delivery activities align with TPDO governance standards, reporting requirements, and operational processes
• Collaborate closely with business and customer experience leadership to ensure alignment between technology delivery activities and broader customer transformation objectives

Technical Program Manager – Customer Platforms, D365

Customer Success Manager

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned partners, including affinity groups, veterinary platforms, shelter/rescue organizations, and pet ‑ focused brands.
• Act as a trusted, consultative post ‑ sale partner, supporting operational execution, marketing alignment, program performance, and long ‑ term success.
• Own and execute partner ‑ level go ‑ to ‑ market (GTM) plans in close partnership with Partner Marketing, coordinating on agreed ‑ upon marketing priorities, campaigns, and timing to support partner launches, engagement, and ongoing growth.
• Lead onboarding, implementation, and launch activities for new partners, including kickoff sessions, timelines, training, integrations, and communication alignment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives, program owners, practice leaders, shelter leadership, and distribution stakeholders.
• Coordinate ongoing partner engagement including performance reviews, reporting, training, marketing initiatives, and program updates.
• Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities to improve enrollment, education, distribution, and overall partner experience.
• Partner cross ‑ functionally with Marketing, Operations, Product, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and IT to support partner needs and resolve issues or escalations.
• Support renewal readiness by preparing insights, recommendations, and performance summaries to drive retention.

Senior Client Success Manager, Affinity Vet

Project Manager

• Manage assigned projects or initiative workstreams within IPH’s insurance and enterprise transformation portfolio
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking
• Coordinate day‑to‑day execution across business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and status reviews; document actions and follow through to completion
• Track and report project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies with clear recommendations and timely escalation
• Support agile delivery activities, including sprint coordination, planning events, and delivery tracking, as applicable
• Assist with vendor coordination, including deliverable tracking, invoice validation, and support of contractual obligations
• Collaborate with architecture, security, data, and platform teams to support integrated solution delivery
• Support change management and communication efforts by preparing project updates, delivering new workflow & process guidance, project updates, status reports, and stakeholder materials
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and aligned with PMO standards

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Provides support for the annual planning process and recurring re-forecasting processes for transversal (shared services) functions.
• Consolidates, prepares, and analyzes financial management reporting for monthly/quarterly/annual results, presentations, as well as various ad-hoc reporting as needed.
• Acts as a key liaison between corporate FP&A and colleagues across each of the finance teams supporting our brand.
• Key expense analyst particularly focusing on our shared services support organizations.
• Reports accurate and timely results and variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior year.
• Drives continuous improvement, by leveraging technology to design and implement solutions that will enable process re-imagination and change the way they work.
• Enhances information as provided to and on behalf of the brand.
• Supports intercompany allocation processes.
• Creates financial management templates to facilitate consistent inputs from business partners.
• Develops standardized templates and influences system enhancements.
• Maintains continuous knowledge of organizational costs across the portfolio.
• Develops a deep subject matter expertise of the underlying business, our technology, controls and governance supporting planning and reporting processes.
• Is a key contributor to the ERP enhancement process.
