About the role

  • Own the strategy and execution of Incentivio’s marketing function.
  • Shape brand, drive lead generation, and enable sales team.
  • Build campaigns, analyze funnel metrics, and launch experiments.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success leadership.
  • Define and execute marketing strategy across demand generation, product marketing, content, and brand.
  • Own multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events) to generate SQLs.
  • Lead go-to-market launches for new features.
  • Track KPIs including CAC, LTV:CAC, funnel conversion, channel ROI, SQLs by POS partner, and brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in restaurant tech, hospitality, or related verticals.
  • Demonstrated success building demand generation engines that drive measurable ARR growth.
  • Strong background in product marketing, positioning, and storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and event marketing preferred.
  • Analytical and metrics-driven, with comfort presenting to executives and boards.
  • Experience managing and growing a small team in a startup environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both strategic and tactical.
