About the role
- Own the strategy and execution of Incentivio’s marketing function.
- Shape brand, drive lead generation, and enable sales team.
- Build campaigns, analyze funnel metrics, and launch experiments.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer success leadership.
- Define and execute marketing strategy across demand generation, product marketing, content, and brand.
- Own multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events) to generate SQLs.
- Lead go-to-market launches for new features.
- Track KPIs including CAC, LTV:CAC, funnel conversion, channel ROI, SQLs by POS partner, and brand awareness.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in restaurant tech, hospitality, or related verticals.
- Demonstrated success building demand generation engines that drive measurable ARR growth.
- Strong background in product marketing, positioning, and storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and event marketing preferred.
- Analytical and metrics-driven, with comfort presenting to executives and boards.
- Experience managing and growing a small team in a startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both strategic and tactical.
