About the role

  • Lead and grow the EMEA enterprise sales team: hire, train, coach Enterprise Account Executives and set clear goals
  • Drive strategic sales campaigns and personally own full-cycle sales on select strategic accounts from prospecting through negotiation and expansion
  • Develop and execute sales strategy: territory planning, account segmentation, and targeted vertical strategies
  • Orchestrate complex deal cycles: build multi-threaded deal plans, engage stakeholders across operations, technical, and executive teams
  • Articulate Imubit’s value: run consultative discussions and workshops, deliver executive presentations and technical deep-dives
  • Navigate enterprise processes: manage budget objections, legal and compliance reviews, and negotiate master agreements
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Solutions, Delivery, and Customer Success to align GTM and ensure successful handoffs
  • Pipeline management & forecasting: ensure Salesforce hygiene, accurate pipeline tracking, disciplined deal review cadence, and data-driven decisions
  • Represent Imubit externally: attend/speak at industry events, build partner relationships, and evangelize Imubit’s AI-for-industry mission
  • Own the EMEA enterprise revenue target and instill a culture of accountability and quota attainment

Requirements

  • 8+ years of success in enterprise B2B software or solutions sales, including closing complex $1M+ deals
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing a sales team or region, including hiring and coaching
  • Deep understanding of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and enterprise procurement/budgeting processes
  • Domain familiarity with industrial operations, process control, or digital transformation (energy, oil & gas, chemicals, manufacturing preferred)
  • Fluent in modern sales methodologies and frameworks (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, SPIN, etc.)
  • Highly KPI-driven and data-savvy (pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal velocity, forecasting)
  • Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite and technical staff
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced/startup environments
  • Ability to lead consultative sales campaigns, guide customers through pilots, technical/cybersecurity reviews, and procurement
  • Willingness to represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • No visa sponsorship is available for this position
  • Role open to remote candidates in Europe
