About the role
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the German and French markets to meet revenue targets for ISO consultancy and audit services
- Lead, mentor and motivate German and French sales teams and Sales Support functions
- Implement training programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge and adherence to IMSM's sales methodology
- Own sales targets and KPIs for both markets, including reporting and forecasting
- Review and refine sales processes from lead generation and qualification to closing and handover
- Optimise individual sales roles and team structures for performance and scalability
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and technical teams to optimise the customer journey
- Lead client engagement for key accounts and complex deals, demonstrating IMSM's value proposition
Requirements
- Fluency in German & English (mandatory)
- French language skills (nice to have)
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in a senior B2B sales leadership role
- Direct experience managing sales teams across multiple geographies
- Significant experience selling complex B2B services (ISO certification, compliance, or professional consultancy sectors a plus)
- Strategic planning and tactical execution skills
- Demonstrated people leadership, coaching and development abilities
- Results-oriented with a data-driven approach to performance management
- Experience working and leading effectively in a remote environment
- Willingness to undertake occasional travel
