Impact Investment Exchange (IIX)

Vice President

• Lead the adaptation of IIX’s global investment readiness curriculum for Indonesian SMEs and MSMEs.
• Integrate IIX’s Orange principles and gender-lens investing into all training modules.
• Produce research, case studies, and knowledge products localizing IIX’s impact frameworks for Indonesian enterprises, investors, and policymakers.
• Conduct research on Indonesia’s impact investing landscape, SME/MSME ecosystem, and policy environment.
• Develop publications, case studies, and briefing papers contextualizing global best practices and IIX’s expertise for Indonesian SMEs and MSMEs.
• Create localized case studies and exercises to demonstrate practical application of IIX’s products and services.
• Provide support during events, including workshops, trainings, and capacity-building programs; prepare materials and presentations.
• Conduct trainings and workshops across Indonesia; collect and synthesize participant feedback to improve future programs.
• Provide research and content support for senior colleagues engaging with SMEs/MSMEs, investors, and government stakeholders; assist in preparing presentations and reports.

Senior Associate/AVP – Research & Trainings

• Manage and expand relationships with investors, corporates, DFIs, philanthropies, and governments
• Support Senior Director in growing the Orange Investor Alliance and Partner Coalition
• Coordinate across IIX teams and external partners to ensure alignment and collaboration
• Oversee design and execution of Orange Movement programs in Asia, Africa, and beyond
• Support Orange Capital transactions (Bonds, Guarantees, Seal, Labeling) by managing workstreams and partnerships
• Ensure high-quality implementation of grant-funded and catalytic capital initiatives
• Manage rollout of Orange Bond Verifier Training program and related certifications; develop training content with partners
• Lead engagement with universities, think tanks, and financial institutions to mainstream Orange finance
• Provide leadership in delivering the Orange Forum and regional convenings; oversee campaigns and communications
• Supervise associates, analysts, and consultants; support governance structures like Steering Committee and Advisory Council
• Contribute to fundraising and donor reporting in collaboration with Senior Director and IIX senior management

• Partner with the Head of Advisory to expand corporate partnerships in priority markets and lead proposal development, pitches, and scoping of advisory mandates.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects including ESG diagnostics, impact frameworks, and sustainability-linked financing strategies across diverse industries.
• Embed IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ in client solutions to strengthen analytics, monitoring, and reporting and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Support Orange Bond™ readiness, KPI development, and integration of Orange Seal™ supplier certification into corporate supply chains; work on pre- and post-issuance monitoring.
• Represent IIX at client workshops, industry events, and sustainability forums; engage DFIs, regulators, and industry associations for advocacy.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts and support team capacity building and delivery methodology refinement.

SVP/VP of ESG and Impact Advisory

• Expand corporate partnerships across priority markets and lead/co-lead proposal development, pitches, and scoping of ESG advisory mandates.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects including ESG diagnostics, impact frameworks, and sustainability-linked financing strategies across industries.
• Embed IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ in client solutions for analytics, monitoring, and reporting; ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Support Orange Bond™ readiness and integrate Orange Seal™ supplier certification into corporate supply chains; work on pre- and post-issuance monitoring.
• Represent IIX at client workshops, industry events, and sustainability forums; contribute thought leadership and engage DFIs, regulators, and associations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts and support Head of Advisory in building team capacity and refining methodologies.

SVP/VP, ESG and Impact Advisory – Corporate Sustainability Solutions

• Partner with the Head of Advisory to expand corporate partnerships in priority markets and lead proposal development, pitches, and scoping of advisory mandates.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects including ESG diagnostics, impact frameworks, and sustainability-linked financing strategies across industries.
• Embed IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ in client solutions to strengthen analytics, monitoring, and reporting; ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Support corporates in Orange Bond™ readiness, KPI development, and integrating Orange Seal™ supplier certification into supply chains; assist pre- and post-issuance monitoring.
• Represent IIX at client workshops, industry events, and sustainability forums; engage with DFIs, regulators, and industry associations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts and support Head of Advisory in building team capacity and refining delivery methodologies.

SVP/VP of ESG and Impact Advisory – Corporate Sustainability Solutions

• Build IIX’s corporate-facing advisory business across South and Southeast Asia in partnership with Head of Advisory
• Engage with major corporates, regional conglomerates, and financial institutions to embed ESG strategies, impact measurement, and sustainability-linked finance solutions
• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects including ESG diagnostics, impact frameworks, and sustainability-linked financing strategies
• Lead or co-lead proposal development, pitches, and scoping of advisory mandates
• Support Orange Bond readiness, integrate Orange Seal supplier certification, and work on pre- and post-issuance monitoring
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts and support team capacity building

SVP/VP of ESG and Impact Advisory, Corporate Sustainability Solutions

• Partner with the Head of Advisory to expand corporate partnerships in priority markets (Indonesia, India, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Bangladesh)
• Lead or co-lead proposal development, pitches, and scoping of advisory mandates in ESG strategy, impact measurement, and sustainable finance
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, impact delivery, and repeat engagements
• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, including ESG diagnostics, impact frameworks, and sustainability-linked financing strategies
• Handle multiple concurrent projects across diverse industries (agribusiness, energy, manufacturing, consumer goods, finance)
• Embed IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ in client solutions to strengthen analytics, monitoring, and reporting
• Ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables aligned with both client and IIX standards
• Support corporates in Orange Bond readiness through diagnostics, frameworks, and KPI development
• Assist in integrating Orange Seal™ supplier certification into corporate supply chains
• Work with internal teams on pre- and post-issuance monitoring to produce investor-ready outputs
• Represent IIX at client workshops, industry events, and sustainability forums
• Contribute to thought leadership on ESG, gender-lens investing, and sustainable finance
• Engage with DFIs, regulators, and industry associations to support IIX’s positioning and advocacy
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing, impact-driven culture within the Advisory team
• Support the Head of Advisory in building team capacity and refining delivery methodologies

Human Resources

• Acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the business unit in delivering people strategies and goals.
• Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business imperatives.
• Ensures HR policies, procedures, and programs are properly implemented and documented.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues; conducts thorough and objective investigations as necessary.
• Provides clear guidelines and works closely with line managers on coaching, counseling, performance review, career development, disciplinary actions.
• Works with other HR functions on individual and team development plans; partners with Business Unit Heads on workforce management, talent bench and succession planning.
• Creates programs for high performing teams and employee retention.
• Works with business units to identify and implement organizational development and employee engagement initiatives; facilitates change management.
• Leads talent acquisition initiatives and ensures timely onboarding and integration of new hires.
• Proactively delivers HR-related people targets aligned with business imperatives; acts as strategic partner, employee champion and change agent.

AVP, HR Business Partnering

• Partner with the Head of Advisory to expand corporate partnerships across priority markets and lead/co-lead proposal development, pitches, and scoping of advisory mandates.
• Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, impact delivery, and repeat engagements.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects including ESG diagnostics, impact frameworks, and sustainability-linked financing strategies across multiple industries.
• Embed IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ in client solutions to strengthen analytics, monitoring, and reporting; ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Support corporates in Orange Bond™ readiness, Orange Seal™ supplier certification integration, and pre-/post-issuance monitoring for investor-ready outputs.
• Represent IIX at workshops, industry events, and forums; contribute thought leadership and engage with DFIs, regulators, and industry associations.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts; support Head of Advisory in building team capacity and refining delivery methodologies.
