Acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the business unit in delivering people strategies and goals.
Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business imperatives.
Ensures HR policies, procedures, and programs are properly implemented and documented.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues; conducts thorough and objective investigations as necessary.
Provides clear guidelines and works closely with line managers on coaching, counseling, performance review, career development, disciplinary actions.
Works with other HR functions on individual and team development plans; partners with Business Unit Heads on workforce management, talent bench and succession planning.
Creates programs for high performing teams and employee retention.
Works with business units to identify and implement organizational development and employee engagement initiatives; facilitates change management.
Leads talent acquisition initiatives and ensures timely onboarding and integration of new hires.
Proactively delivers HR-related people targets aligned with business imperatives; acts as strategic partner, employee champion and change agent.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is an advantage.
8+ years combined experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition roles.
Demonstrates experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, within the finance or NPO industries is an advantage.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations across Asia Pacific, with a track record of ensuring compliance.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive results.
