Lead the adaptation of IIX’s global investment readiness curriculum for Indonesian SMEs and MSMEs.
Integrate IIX’s Orange principles and gender-lens investing into all training modules.
Produce research, case studies, and knowledge products localizing IIX’s impact frameworks for Indonesian enterprises, investors, and policymakers.
Conduct research on Indonesia’s impact investing landscape, SME/MSME ecosystem, and policy environment.
Develop publications, case studies, and briefing papers contextualizing global best practices and IIX’s expertise for Indonesian SMEs and MSMEs.
Create localized case studies and exercises to demonstrate practical application of IIX’s products and services.
Provide support during events, including workshops, trainings, and capacity-building programs; prepare materials and presentations.
Conduct trainings and workshops across Indonesia; collect and synthesize participant feedback to improve future programs.
Provide research and content support for senior colleagues engaging with SMEs/MSMEs, investors, and government stakeholders; assist in preparing presentations and reports.
Requirements
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, development studies, gender studies, or related field.
5–8 years (Senior Associate) / 8–10 years (AVP) of relevant experience in research, program design, training, or event delivery.
Strong research, writing, and curriculum development skills; ability to produce high-quality knowledge outputs.
Proven experience applying frameworks such as ESG, gender-lens investing, or sustainable finance in emerging markets.
Familiarity with Indonesia’s SME/MSME and sustainable finance ecosystem strongly preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia highly desirable.
Strong facilitation and organizational skills; ability to support and conduct trainings and workshops across Indonesia.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Indonesia.
