Partner with the Head of Advisory to expand corporate partnerships in priority markets (Indonesia, India, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Bangladesh)
Lead or co-lead proposal development, pitches, and scoping of advisory mandates in ESG strategy, impact measurement, and sustainable finance
Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, impact delivery, and repeat engagements
Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects, including ESG diagnostics, impact frameworks, and sustainability-linked financing strategies
Handle multiple concurrent projects across diverse industries (agribusiness, energy, manufacturing, consumer goods, finance)
Embed IIX Values™ and IIX Intelligence™ in client solutions to strengthen analytics, monitoring, and reporting
Ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables aligned with both client and IIX standards
Support corporates in Orange Bond readiness through diagnostics, frameworks, and KPI development
Assist in integrating Orange Seal™ supplier certification into corporate supply chains
Work with internal teams on pre- and post-issuance monitoring to produce investor-ready outputs
Represent IIX at client workshops, industry events, and sustainability forums
Contribute to thought leadership on ESG, gender-lens investing, and sustainable finance
Engage with DFIs, regulators, and industry associations to support IIX’s positioning and advocacy
Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts
Foster a collaborative, high-performing, impact-driven culture within the Advisory team
Support the Head of Advisory in building team capacity and refining delivery methodologies
Requirements
8 to 12+ years of leadership experience in ESG advisory, sustainability consulting, impact finance, or corporate sustainability strategy
Deep experience working with corporates and/or financial institutions in South and Southeast Asia
Expertise in ESG regulation, supply chain sustainability, climate finance, blended finance, or sustainability-linked bonds
Strong capital markets understanding, with a proven ability to integrate gender-lens investing and ESG principles into financial solutions
Excellent leadership, client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
Master’s degree in sustainability, finance, economics, public policy, or a related discipline
