About the role

Build IIX’s corporate-facing advisory business across South and Southeast Asia in partnership with Head of Advisory
Engage with major corporates, regional conglomerates, and financial institutions to embed ESG strategies, impact measurement, and sustainability-linked finance solutions
Manage end-to-end delivery of client projects including ESG diagnostics, impact frameworks, and sustainability-linked financing strategies
Lead or co-lead proposal development, pitches, and scoping of advisory mandates
Support Orange Bond readiness, integrate Orange Seal supplier certification, and work on pre- and post-issuance monitoring
Provide guidance and mentorship to Associates and Analysts and support team capacity building

8 to 12+ years of leadership experience in ESG advisory, sustainability consulting, impact finance, or corporate sustainability strategy
Deep experience working with corporates and/or financial institutions in South and Southeast Asia
Expertise in ESG regulation, supply chain sustainability, climate finance, blended finance, or sustainability-linked bonds
Strong capital markets understanding, with a proven ability to integrate gender-lens investing and ESG principles into financial solutions
Excellent leadership, client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
Master’s degree in sustainability, finance, economics, public policy, or a related discipline
