About the role
- Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers to interact with them and identify their needs or issues.
- Leverage your expertise and knowledge in the health or medical field to educate customers, build trust, and effectively communicate the benefits and value of our products.
- Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone calls.
- Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a company.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Place outbound calls to customers to promote new products and services.
- Complete call notes and call reports as necessary and update them in the database.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services.

Requirements
- Previous experience in B2C Sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
- Medical or healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Strong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
