About the role

  • Contact potential & existing customers through various channels to create a pipeline of leads.
  • Engage and build rapport with potential customers and determine the suitability of company products/services to their needs.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and qualify leads in the US, UK, and Australian markets
  • Build relationships with prospects through consultative communication and follow-ups
  • Identify business needs and connect them with the right product or service offerings
  • Set qualified appointments or demos for the Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align lead generation efforts with the overall sales strategy.
  • Set sales goals to increase revenue & report sales team performance results.
  • Create, distribute, and collect customer surveys, compiling the results in a datasheet or report.
  • Conduct general administration tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints as the first point of contact.

Requirements

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree or certificate course.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business
  • Development Representative (BDR), or Lead Generation Specialist
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
  • Proactive & confident with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work on a graveyard shift
  • Proven success in outbound sales or cold calling for international clients (US, UK, or AUS markets)
  • Strong command of the English language with a neutral accent
  • Experience with B2B lead generation, email outreach, and CRM management
  • Proficient in using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales
  • Navigator, Apollo.io, GoHighLevel, or ZoomInfo
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills
