We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and technically proficient Sales Representative to help grow QualdocMFG’s customer base in the U.S. market.
The role is remote and based overseas but requires strong English communication, understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to build trust with U.S. engineering and procurement teams.
You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships, and closing deals with customers who need prototype and production manufacturing services.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills — able to interact confidently with U.S. engineers and buyers.
Solid technical understanding of CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication, 3D printing, and related manufacturing processes.
Prior experience in manufacturing sales, sourcing, or supplier management (preferred: experience with companies like Xometry, Protolabs, or Fictiv).
Ability to read and discuss engineering drawings (GD&T, tolerances, materials, finishes).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
Experience working across time zones and managing communication with U.S.-based clients.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
