Execute a high-caliber candidate experience, driving candidate communication and progression and advising leaders to ensure timeliness and efficient decision-making
Maintain and update a database of physician candidates, tracking their progress through the recruitment process and managing communication.
Support the development and execution of targeted recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract top physician talent.
Act as a mentor and advisor to your teammates on the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of physician or APP recruitment experience; Radiologist recruitment experience required
Experience using traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
Exceptional partner to stakeholders at all levels, bringing to the table a solid emphasis on accountability, rigor, and high standards for talent
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
