About the role

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies using Salesforce to manage customer relationships and pipeline.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business needs, articulate our value proposition, and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Sales Enablement: Create sales collateral, presentations, and demonstrations that effectively showcase our offerings, integrating Salesforce capabilities to streamline processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to ensure alignment between customer feedback and product enhancements.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to sales representatives on Salesforce best practices and Kubernetes integration.
  • Performance Metrics: Analyze sales data and performance metrics to refine strategies and improve sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in a sales engineering or sales architect role, preferably within the cloud or storage industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with a solid understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and its applications in cloud solutions.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
