Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth, revenue targets, and expand Lumovy’s customer base within the UAE region
Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Commerce modules
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting, qualification, and solution positioning to contract negotiation and closure
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients and Microsoft ecosystem partners to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to design and present tailored ERP solutions aligned with client requirements
Manage relationships with Microsoft and other partner stakeholders to support joint go-to-market initiatives
Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for C-level executives and senior decision-makers
Leverage CRM tools to maintain accurate sales forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and account activity tracking
Present detailed reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market insights to the management team regularly
Collaborate closely with internal departments (marketing, delivery, and finance) to ensure sales strategies align with overall business goals
Conduct regular reviews of sales performance and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed objectives
Manage the sales budget efficiently to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost control
Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and ethical practices
Skillfully negotiate and close deals, maximizing profitability while maintaining transparency and client trust
Represent Lumovy Technology Solutions at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence
Identify and develop emerging market opportunities to drive continuous business growth
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 7 years of experience in ERP solution sales, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain, or Commerce
Proven experience managing the full sales cycle and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of ERP solution architecture and business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, or Manufacturing verticals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior executives
Proficiency in CRM systems, pipeline management, and Microsoft Office suite
Strong professional network within the ERP and technology industry, particularly across the UAE and GCC markets
Experience working with Microsoft or within the Microsoft Partner ecosystem is highly desirable
Willingness to travel as required
Proficiency in Arabic language is a plus
