About the role

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation
  • Plan, launch, and evaluate promotional campaigns across multichannel communication (email, SMS, push, auto calls)
  • Create and manage advanced segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data
  • Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize performance and improve KPIs
  • Build and refine automated player journeys and retention funnels
  • Develop monthly promotional calendars including bonus campaigns and gamification mechanics
  • Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to deliver on-brand messaging and promotional assets
  • Track key CRM KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly to measure impact and guide optimization
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and drive better engagement
  • Ensure all activities align with internal standards and industry compliance regulations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM experience within the casino and/or sports betting industry
  • Strong command of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle communication strategies
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM channels such as email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
  • Deep understanding of player journeys, bonus mechanics, and gamification strategies
  • Advanced data analysis skills and experience drawing actionable insights from large datasets
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
  • Fluent/Native level of Ukrainian or Russian
  • Nice to have: Experience with gamification or player engagement platforms (e.g., quests, challenges)
