About the role
- Develop and execute CRM strategies across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation
- Plan, launch, and evaluate promotional campaigns across multichannel communication (email, SMS, push, auto calls)
- Create and manage advanced segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data
- Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize performance and improve KPIs
- Build and refine automated player journeys and retention funnels
- Develop monthly promotional calendars including bonus campaigns and gamification mechanics
- Collaborate with product, design, and content teams to deliver on-brand messaging and promotional assets
- Track key CRM KPIs daily, weekly, and monthly to measure impact and guide optimization
- Analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and drive better engagement
- Ensure all activities align with internal standards and industry compliance regulations
Requirements
- 3+ years of CRM experience within the casino and/or sports betting industry
- Strong command of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle communication strategies
- Hands-on experience working with CRM channels such as email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging
- Deep understanding of player journeys, bonus mechanics, and gamification strategies
- Advanced data analysis skills and experience drawing actionable insights from large datasets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written and spoken)
- Fluent/Native level of Ukrainian or Russian
- Nice to have: Experience with gamification or player engagement platforms (e.g., quests, challenges)
