• Design and oversee the strategic direction for CRM and outbound marketing initiatives, enhancing existing channels like push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS, while also growing CRM efforts through email marketing.
• Break down strategic goals into measurable objectives, key results, and actionable plans for effective execution.
• Oversee all aspects of daily CRM operations, including close collaboration with Product and Development teams to determine technical requirements for projects, manage campaign execution, and evaluate campaign performance and outcomes.
• Coordinate and monitor CRM campaigns and programs, ensuring clear updates on progress, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Serve as the main point of communication for key stakeholders and leadership regarding updates on campaigns and projects.
