Controller

• Portfolio performance management and reporting: Monitor financial performance and operational progress of portfolio companies.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and structured reporting from invested projects.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews, including KPI tracking and improvement recommendations.
• Analyse business performance based on key value drivers specific to high-risk and affiliate-driven business models.
• Financial planning and control: Control budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance of portfolio companies.
• Prepare financial models, budgets, forecasts, and monitor execution against financial plans.
• Support liquidity planning, cash-flow monitoring, and financial control processes.
• Oversee Asset and Liability Management, including multi-currency wallets, client/player balances, PSP and payment aggregator reconciliations.
• Investment analysis and due diligence: Evaluate financial viability and expected returns of potential investment opportunities.
• Participate in financial and operational due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams during investment assessments.
• Identify investment risks and develop mitigation recommendations.
• Prepare detailed investment memos, analytical reports, and financial summaries for stakeholders.
