About the role
- Design, implement, and optimize programs that improve the productivity, effectiveness, and overall success of our sales team.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to develop training, resources, tools, and processes.
- Create and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, as well as ongoing skill development training for existing team members.
- Build, maintain, and optimize sales playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, and other enablement materials.
- Establish clear, consistent communication channels to keep sales teams informed of updates, resources, and best practices.
- Analyze and refine sales processes, recommending and implementing best practices for pipeline management and deal execution.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to roll up sleeves to take on key projects.
