About the role
- Run financial models and processes to collect inputs from key stakeholders and support business initiatives.
- Primary owner of the EverCommerce Cost models.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to monitor performance with focus on KPIs and operational drivers.
- Drive process for partnering with the Leadership team on all aspects of financial models.
- Serve as OneStream power user to assist financial systems team and liaison with field FP&A teams on OneStream matters.
- Provide insights to support strategic decision-making and alignment with company financial goals.
- Participate in special projects as they arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant FP&A experience.
- Strong advanced modeling skills, including experience with three statement models.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in finance software and tools.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- OneStream proficiency highly preferred.
- Mindset of continuous improvement to advance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
- Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus.
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
