Monthly reporting: budget/forecast vs actual, flux analysis, providing insights into key business drivers and operational metrics to be supplied to the operational leaders and other stakeholders.
Active role in annual business planning and budgeting process as well as monthly rolling forecast.
Provide meaningful analysis of financial trends and variances to support informed decision making.
Conduct financial analyses to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies.
Development and maintenance of financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track operational metrics that provide timely and accurate insight into key business drivers.
Become a super user of financial systems and tools, especially OneStream; own the construction and maintenance of various reporting templates.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
Ideally 2+ years of experience in one or more highly analytical roles such as corporate FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Solid understanding of GAAP, specifically cash to GAAP conversions and revenue recognition principles
Experience with financial reporting/accounting/billing systems such as OneStream, NetSuite, Workday or equivalent tools
Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work cross-functionally to drive decision-making and coordinated action.
Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus
