About the role
- Lead Studio Underd0g’s marketing strategy and execution, reporting to the Founder.
- Build and execute end-to-end marketing plans around product drops and seasonal activations.
- Align marketing calendars with product, e-commerce, and operations to land launches flawlessly.
- Oversee content across owned, earned, and paid channels—ensuring a consistent brand voice and look.
- Brief, edit, and approve creative assets; maintain brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
- Manage third-party agencies (performance, creative, PR/influencer) to maximise ROI and own marketing budgets.
- Partner with the events team on global brand activations—pre-, during, and post-event marketing.
- Track KPIs, report on performance, and turn insights into actionable improvements for future initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a similar marketing role, ideally within a product-led e-commerce brand.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand strategy, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and able to juggle multiple priorities.
- Degree-level education (marketing/business qualifications a plus).
- Experience in (or a strong interest in) watches, or adjacent luxury/lifestyle categories (preferred).
- Experience collaborating with creative, media, and performance agencies (preferred).
