About the role
- Bring Fanatics ONE to life across the end-to-end customer journey, supporting loyalty go-to-market planning, campaign execution, and program adoption.
- Support development of the annual loyalty marketing campaign calendar, ensuring campaigns align with commercial priorities and enterprise loyalty strategy.
- Manage campaign briefs, timelines, and cross-functional coordination for loyalty initiatives across the broader Fanatics enterprise.
- Partner with CRM, VIP, Analytics, and Product teams to deliver integrated loyalty campaigns that enhance member engagement.
- Assist in positioning and messaging for loyalty program benefits, ensuring consistency across channels and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Motivate brand and creative development from concept through execution, collaborating closely with the Brand and Creative team and managing those processes.
- Track campaign performance and report on key KPIs, identifying opportunities for refinement and optimization.
- Translate strategy into action to ensure launches are executed seamlessly and communications resonate with fans.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in loyalty marketing, product marketing, or brand marketing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience working cross-functionally and building alignment across diverse teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
- Passionate about sports, fandom, and creating meaningful customer experiences.
- Willingness to travel for key events and offsites.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
