• Drive product initiatives within the AI Agent Studio: Own selected areas of the AI Agent Builder and HITL interfaces to help enterprise users build, operate, and scale AI agents.
• Translate user and business needs into product capabilities: Understand how customers configure agents for different transaction types, how reviewers use the HITL interface, and what business teams need to trust AI automation in mission-critical workflows. Turn these insights into clear product decisions.
• Manage product execution end-to-end: Define requirements, write specifications and user stories, leverage AI to produce product designs, manage the backlog, and drive delivery in close collaboration with Engineering, Customer Success, and Delivery teams.
• Work hands-on with customers and stakeholders: Collect feedback, analyze usage, validate assumptions, and continuously feed insights back into the product.
• Support launch and enablement: Successfully bring new features to market by contributing to documentation, release communications, enablement, and internal/external readiness.
