• Conduct comprehensive analysis of current customer accounts to identify gaps where additional AI modules, processing capacity or user licenses can add value

• Design, implement, and continuously improve out-of-the-box AI Agent solutions across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes
• Partner closely with Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and customers to understand real-world requirements and turn them into robust, multi-step automation flows
• Develop, test, and refine prompts, context strategies, and evaluation methods to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs
• Dive into customer data, define KPIs, evaluate systematically, and optimize for accuracy, robustness, and business impact
• Identify limitations in existing solutions or the platform and work with Product and Engineering to improve them
