Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a senior role or as a Country Manager, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise automation.
  • Proven track record of business growth and leading cross-functional teams in the US market.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software sales cycles and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Experience with US regulatory, financial, and HR practices.
