Key responsibilities & impact

Build trusted relationships with executives and senior stakeholders
Develop and implement success plans that drive adoption, retention, and customer value
Conduct executive and business reviews, present outcomes, and derive actionable recommendations
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that support expansion and growth
Develop playbooks, best practices, and processes to elevate Customer Success management at Hypatos
Relay insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting – ideally in SaaS or AI environments
Proven track record in building and implementing customer success processes, playbooks, and strategies
Strong understanding of adoption and retention metrics as well as customer lifecycle management
Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments or digital transformation projects
Fluent English and German are required
