About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build trusted relationships with executives and senior stakeholders
  • Develop and implement success plans that drive adoption, retention, and customer value
  • Conduct executive and business reviews, present outcomes, and derive actionable recommendations
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that support expansion and growth
  • Develop playbooks, best practices, and processes to elevate Customer Success management at Hypatos
  • Relay insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting – ideally in SaaS or AI environments
  • Proven track record in building and implementing customer success processes, playbooks, and strategies
  • Strong understanding of adoption and retention metrics as well as customer lifecycle management
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments or digital transformation projects
  • Fluent English and German are required
