Senior Customer Success Manager, Fluent German

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build trusted relationships with executives and senior stakeholders
- Develop and implement success plans that drive adoption, retention, and customer value
- Conduct executive and business reviews, present outcomes, and derive actionable recommendations
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that support expansion and growth
- Develop playbooks, best practices, and processes to elevate Customer Success management at Hypatos
- Relay insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 3-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting – ideally in SaaS or AI environments
- Proven track record in building and implementing customer success processes, playbooks, and strategies
- Strong understanding of adoption and retention metrics as well as customer lifecycle management
- Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments or digital transformation projects
- Fluent English and German are required
