About the role

  • Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to targeted prospects across SaaS/tech industries.
  • Conduct structured outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to build pipeline.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls, identifying needs and mapping solutions.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Accurately log activities and update CRM records.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach.
  • Consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly KPIs.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in a SDR/BDR role, preferably within a SaaS, software, or tech-focused industry.
  • Comfortable conducting high volume outbound calls (80-100+)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills over phone, email, and social.
  • Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, or similar CRMs).
  • Resilient, competitive, and motivated by achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
