About the role

  • Manage the **entire sales cycle** - from lead generation to closing new business.
  • Conduct **50-80 outbound calls daily**, complemented by email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Book and run discovery calls and demos with marketing decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, etc.).
  • Identify prospect pain points, tailor value propositions, and deliver persuasive pitches.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and hit monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and SDR teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and maximise conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback from the field to help refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • ✅ Minimum **2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience** (within the Marketing industry).
  • ✅ Full-cycle sales experience, including **closing new business** (Required)
  • ✅ Comfortable making **50-80 outbound calls per day** to engage and qualify prospects (Required)
  • ✅ Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • ✅ CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • ✅ Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • ✅ Familiarity with marketing solutions (SEO, PPC, branding, or lead generation) is a plus.
