About the role
- Proactively engage potential customers through cold calls, outbound emails, and other prospecting methods
- Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Clearly articulate the company’s offerings, address objections, and educate prospects on how solutions meet their needs
- Book qualified meetings, demos, or consultations for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the company’s CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ensure data consistency to support team-wide visibility and operational efficiency
- Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generated
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs
- Share recurring customer insights, objections, and product feedback to improve messaging and processes
- Employ best practices in outbound sales and leverage technology to streamline prospecting
- Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and customer needs to remain effective and relevant
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a fast-paced, outbound/cold-calling setting
- SaaS/Tech industry experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and call management tools
- Strong time management, multitasking, and self-organization skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote team environment
- Availability to work standard business hours across U.S. time zones (EST–PST)
- Preferred: experience in a high-volume outbound/cold-calling role
- Preferred: familiarity with lead scoring models, sales automation platforms, or pipeline management software
- Preferred: prior success in SaaS/Tech sales environments
