About the role
- Manage incoming enquiries, providing detailed and accurate quotations tailored to client needs.
- Engage with clients via email and phone to discuss requirements, clarify service details, and address questions.
- Provide sample reports and relevant documentation to help clients understand services.
- Guide clients through the booking process to ensure a seamless professional experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and company services to offer informed advice to clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably within the surveying or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of surveying services, including valuations, homebuyer surveys, and quantity surveying.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and convert enquiries into sales.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM UK time, with alternating weekends on and off.
- South Africa-based (must be located in South Africa).
