About the role

  • Proactively engage potential customers through cold calls, outbound emails, and other prospecting methods to create new opportunities and build pipeline.
  • Qualify leads using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to assess readiness and fit.
  • Clearly articulate the company’s offerings, address objections, and educate prospects on how solutions meet their needs.
  • Book qualified meetings, demos, or consultations for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the company’s CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ensure data consistency to support team-wide visibility and operational efficiency.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, meetings booked, and pipeline generated.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure seamless handoffs and share customer insights.
  • Employ best practices in outbound sales and leverage technology to streamline prospecting.
  • Stay informed about product updates, market trends, and customer needs to remain effective and relevant.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a call center environment.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a fast-paced, outbound/cold-calling setting.
  • SaaS/Tech industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with a natural ability to connect and build trust quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and call management tools.
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and self-organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote team environment.
  • Availability to work standard business hours across U.S. time zones (EST–PST).
  • Experience in a high-volume outbound/cold-calling role (preferred).
  • Familiarity with lead scoring models, sales automation platforms, or pipeline management software (preferred).
  • Prior success in SaaS/Tech sales environments with a proven ability to turn cold leads into qualified opportunities (preferred).
