Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in technical account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong background in software development processes and experience collaborating with technical teams
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Slack and Clickup
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Adept at analyzing client needs and translating them into actionable technical solutions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
