About the role
- Collaborate with the Creative Design Leader to define and steer enterprise-level creative direction, ensuring alignment with Huron’s strategic priorities and brand standards
- Lead the creative process from ideation to execution across integrated campaigns, webinars/events, digital experiences, thought leadership, video, and internal communications
- Stay informed on B2B marketing, branding, and creative trends to keep Huron’s enterprise marketing efforts fresh, differentiated, and competitive
- Serve as a guardian of Huron’s brand identity, ensuring consistent, high-caliber design, tone, and storytelling across global markets, while continually evolving the brand
- Translate complex consulting insights into relatable, human-centered creative that resonates with executive decision-makers and stakeholders
- Partner with marketing strategists, content creators, industry experts, and internal communications teams to deliver cohesive and effective creative solutions
- Lead a creative design team, providing coaching, feedback, and career development support
- Manage relationships with design vendors, agencies, and freelancers and oversee allocation of resources to ensure timely delivery of high-priority projects
- Present concepts and creative strategies to senior marketing leaders and internal stakeholders—clearly communicating the rationale and expected impact
- Collect, interpret, and translate data into actionable insights that ground design decisions and guide project direction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years in creative roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity within an agency, in-house creative team, or professional-services setting
- Proven success delivering integrated campaigns and brand communications in B2B environments—especially consulting, financial services, or technology
- Experience working in enterprise marketing and communications, balancing global brand consistency with localized market needs
- Expertise in distilling technical or abstract ideas into clear, visually compelling narratives
- Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills—supported by a portfolio that demonstrates creative work achieving business outcomes
- Skilled in coaching and developing design professionals
- Effective at partnering with stakeholders across marketing, communications, and the business
- Experienced in managing priorities, timelines, and vendor partnerships
- Strong ability to present and articulate creative direction to senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to apply emerging creative technologies (including AI, motion graphics, and interactive formats) to elevate output
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with CMS and digital marketing platforms
