About the role
- Execute HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages; report on performance (open rate, CTR, subscriber growth)
- Deliver 2 high-quality newsletters per month (company and PI Digest)
- Create and publish a minimum of 8 social posts per month; collaborate with video editor on video posts
- Write, format, and publish 1 blog per month and produce 1 case study per month with delivery team input
- Import leads from Predictive Index (Salesforce) three times per week; research ICP fit, provide lead scoring and notes for BDM
- Deliver 6–12 creative assets per month (ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, PDFs, merchandise, etc.) and maintain brand asset library
- Create sales enablement collateral (pitch decks, proposals, one-pagers)
- Submit a monthly marketing performance report and recommend one optimization or creative experiment each month
Requirements
- Philippines-based candidate
- Proven experience in HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics
- Strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign for digital and print design
- Experience creating and formatting blogs, case studies, and social posts
- Comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn, lead scoring, and preparation for sales
- Strong numeracy and reporting skills; able to interpret campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Organized, proactive, and outcome-focused; high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Confident written and visual communicator; enjoys creative ownership and collaboration with a small team
- Ability to align working hours to Australian business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday)
- Must be able to work as an independent contractor and provide own equipment
- Willingness to disclose existing roles and reflect this engagement on LinkedIn
