About the role
- Assist teams: utilize knowledge and experience of Agile frameworks to coach and empower teams
- Drive outcome-focused decisions: coach teams with empathy and expertise toward outcome-driven decisions that help achieve company goals
- Create and prioritize efficiency: navigate risks and dependencies, anticipate and mitigate technical collisions, remove impediments, and adjust plans to support seamless delivery
- Mentor: help develop other Scrum Masters and lead or contribute to initiatives that further Scrum practice across the company
- Be part of a team: work in an environment centered on transparency, empathy, trust and encouragement with support from other Scrum Masters
- Champion continuous delivery and quality: guide Agile teams to deliver high-quality, working software frequently
- Focus on customer outcomes: guide teams to deliver measurable outcomes that improve the customer experience

- An experienced coach: proven product development leader with expertise in Agile frameworks
- An Agile advocate: embrace, practice and openly communicate the benefits of Agile values and processes
- A trusted partner: build strong relationships steeped in trust
- A strong communicator: engage and align with stakeholders at all levels and clearly express trade-offs
- A champion of continuous delivery and quality: guide teams to deliver high-quality, working software frequently
- Customer-oriented: guide teams to remain focused on delivering measurable outcomes that improve the customer experience
- A constant learner: apply and share learnings in personal and professional life
- Nice-to-haves: understanding of multiple frameworks (Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum, etc.)
