About the role
- Utilize Agile frameworks to coach and empower Scrum teams
- Coach teams with empathy to drive outcome-focused decisions aligned to company goals
- Create and prioritize efficiency by navigating risks, dependencies, and technical collisions
- Remove impediments and adjust plans to support seamless delivery
- Mentor and develop other Scrum Masters and lead initiatives to grow Agile practice
- Support delivery of high-quality working software frequently and champion quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on trade-offs and solutions
- Support elite North American sports teams using Hudl products
Requirements
- Proven product development leader with expertise in Agile frameworks
- Experience coaching teams and organizations to maximize performance
- Embrace, practice and communicate Agile values and processes
- Strong relationship-building and trusted partnership skills
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience guiding teams to deliver high-quality working software frequently
- Customer-oriented mindset; focus on delivering measurable outcomes
- Continuous learner who applies and shares knowledge
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of multiple product development frameworks (Lean, Waterfall, Kanban, Scrum)
- Nice-to-have: experience working with a global team
- Preference for candidates living near Lincoln, Omaha or Lexington; open to remote candidates in Kansas City, Chicago, Austin or Dallas
