Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on customer renewals at the NCAA Division I level
Develop strong customer relationships and become a trusted partner for customers
Demonstrate products, educate customers, and carry out a range of engagement and commercial activities
Run meetings to understand client needs and identify upsell opportunities
Work toward quarterly and yearly revenue and engagement targets; achieve quotas outlined in Individual Sales Plan (ISP)
Collaborate with schools and conferences across the United States and with an Account Executive in the territory
Support customers with unique product issues, advise on workflow best practices, and conduct effective business reviews
Requirements
Previously spent time in a client-facing role (preferably in a technology company)
Experience working with basketball coaches at the NCAA DI and/or professional sports industry
Experience with Hudl products
Mastery of Hudl’s Pro Suite for basketball; product and workflow expert
Communication skills; can easily communicate with internal and external stakeholders and handle tough conversations
Time management skills; balancing multiple responsibilities including holding effective business reviews, supporting customers with unique product issues, advising on workflow best practices and identifying expansion opportunities
Growth mindset
Must live within commuting distance of Lincoln, NE and be able to be in Lincoln headquarters three days per week
Nice-to-haves: Sales experience (Account Executive or CSM), cross-functional experience collaborating with customer support, product and operations, coaching and/or athletics background, solution oriented with ability to diagnose problems and find creative and effective solutions
