About the role

  • Work with schools and conferences across the United States, directly with basketball coaches, athletic directors, and commissioners within territory
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to maximize satisfaction and act as a trusted partner
  • Demonstrate products, educate customers, and carry out engagement and commercial activities
  • Drive engagement activities that lead to next year’s renewals and ensure high ROI from subscriptions
  • Work toward quarterly and yearly revenue and engagement targets; identify upsell opportunities
  • Run meetings to understand client needs and provide workflow best practices and product support
  • Collaborate with one Account Executive and cross-functional teams as needed
  • Required to be onsite in Lincoln, NE headquarters three days per week

Requirements

  • Previously spent time in a client-facing role (preferably in a technology company)
  • Experience working with basketball coaches at the NCAA DI and/or professional sports industry
  • Experience with Hudl products
  • Mastery of Hudl’s Pro Suite for basketball
  • Strong communication skills; able to handle tough conversations
  • Time management skills balancing multiple responsibilities
  • Growth mindset
  • Preferred: Sales experience as an Account Executive or CSM
  • Preferred: Cross-functional collaboration experience with customer support, product and operations
  • Preferred: Coaching and/or athletics background
  • Preferred: Solution oriented with ability to diagnose problems and find creative and effective solutions for customers
  • Must live within commuting distance to Lincoln, NE and be in-office three days per week
