• Handle day-to-day CoSec tasks, including Incorporations, De-Registrations, organizing and attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs), Confirmation Statement preparation, Corporate record keeping, managing compliance and filings, share allotments, corporate change management, amongst other tasks for our customers’ UK subsidiaries and branches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing excellent service and solutions to their outsourcing needs.

Project Manager

• Lead strategic client onboarding, implementation, consulting, and transformation programs across HSP's global service offerings.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
• Provide guidance to clients on legal entity management best practices.
• Support the development and implementation of new services and processes to improve the client experience.

Senior Global Service Associate – Legal Entity Management

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting process across all business units and global entities.
• Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
• Partner with business leaders to understand operational drivers and forecast future performance.
• Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, identifying key variances and trends.
• Support long-range strategic planning and multi-year financial projections.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Analyze revenue, profitability, spending, utilization, headcount, pricing, and operational metrics.

• Enhance the company’s financial reporting capabilities, in collaboration with IT, systems, and other cross-functional teams, to integrate financial data from HSP’s accounting (Accounting Seed), CRM (Salesforce.com), and other systems, into an Enterprise Performance Management (“EPM”) system (for example, Planful, Workday Adaptive or OneStream) to help streamline and facilitate effective financial reporting.
