Events

• Lead planning and execution of Hoxhunt’s global events (executive dinners to large-scale conferences across EMEA and the US).
• Full ownership of event journey, ensuring touchpoints drive business impact, strengthen brand, and deliver memorable experiences.
• Plan and execute end-to-end: logistics, on-site execution, post-event follow-up, including flagship Tier 1 conferences with 25,000+ visitors.
• Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Run targeted campaigns, activations, and onsite programs to engage audiences and maximize ROI.
• Design seamless attendee journeys from first touch to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Design, Co-Founders, Product, and Growth Marketing to align event execution with brand and pipeline goals.
• Track success through pipeline contribution, attendee engagement, and long-term brand impact; improve processes and tools (including swag, merch, and follow-up).
• Review current event playbook and processes; identify opportunities for improvement; plan major events with flawless execution.
