About the role
- Take full ownership of customer relationships and guide them toward meaningful outcomes with Hoxhunt
- Act as a trusted advisor to security leaders and program owners, helping them design, run, and grow their security awareness programs
- Partner with stakeholders across security, compliance, and HR to embed Hoxhunt into their broader initiatives
- Lead renewal discussions, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Share insights on the evolving threat landscape and show how Hoxhunt strengthens organizational resilience
- Work through ambiguity and help define what good looks like, whether in success metrics, pricing discussions, or new processes
- Collaborate with your peers in Customer Success to share learnings, shape best practices, and contribute to our team culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of direct Customer Success experience in SaaS
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding renewal, upsell, and cross-sell targets
- Strong prioritization and project management skills with a customer-first mindset, delivering on deadlines while exceeding goals
- Confidence in building trust and developing long-term customer relationships at multiple levels of an organization
- Interest in technology and confidence in adopting and using new tools in your daily work
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, using insights to define clear actions and improvements
- Passion for learning and a solution-oriented mindset
- Courage to improve and develop processes when needed
- Curiosity, drive, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
