About the role
- Manage logistics and execution for internal and external education programs, workshops, and events.
- Coordinate scheduling, vendor communications, inventory, and shipment of educational tools and materials.
- Maintain operational trackers & calendars, databases, and learning management systems (LMS) users.
- Process purchase orders, manage budgets, and assist with financial reconciliation.
- Support the rollout of field-facing and retailer education programs by managing timelines, materials, and communication.
- Collaborate with field teams to ensure education initiatives are properly launched and measured.
- Assist with the planning and onsite execution of major education events, national trainings, and retailer activations.
- Support with field New Hire training coordination.
- Coordinate venue needs, and production elements for events.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, DC, and Demand Planning teams to align education efforts with brand objectives and action projects accordingly.
- Liaise with HR to support educator onboarding processes and orientation programming.
- Identify and propose operational efficiencies and standardized processes to streamline education delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, assistant management, or related role.
- Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects independently while balancing multiple priorities.
- Strong project management skills, with experience creating timelines, managing deliverables, and coordinating stakeholders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint (polished, executive-ready decks); strong command of Word and Outlook.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and updates to leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional partners.
- Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.
