Manage logistics and execution for internal and external education programs, workshops, and events.
Coordinate scheduling, vendor communications, inventory, and shipment of educational tools and materials.
Maintain operational trackers & calendars, databases, and learning management systems (LMS) users.
Process purchase orders, manage budgets, and assist with financial reconciliation.
Support the rollout of field-facing and retailer education programs by managing timelines, materials, and communication.
Collaborate with field teams to ensure education initiatives are properly launched and measured.
Assist with the planning and onsite execution of major education events, national trainings, and retailer activations.
Support with field New Hire training coordination.
Coordinate venue needs, and production elements for events.
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, DC, and Demand Planning teams to align education efforts with brand objectives and action projects accordingly.
Liaise with HR to support educator onboarding processes and orientation programming.
Identify and propose operational efficiencies and standardized processes to streamline education delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, assistant management, or related role.
Proven ability to take initiative and drive projects independently while balancing multiple priorities.
Strong project management skills, with experience creating timelines, managing deliverables, and coordinating stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and PowerPoint (polished, executive-ready decks); strong command of Word and Outlook.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting ideas and updates to leadership.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills across cross-functional partners.
Must be able to work from Corporate Office at least 60% of the time.
