About the role
- Support the sales team with back-office tasks to enable focus on inbound sales
- Handle incoming post-sales calls and emails from direct clients and travel agents
- Identify guest needs effectively and efficiently
- Respond to inbound guest and travel agent amendments via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Take ownership of guest enquiries (internal and external) to ensure fast, efficient resolution at minimum cost and impact
- Utilise best practice on every guest contact to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience
- Liaise with overseas reservations team to obtain extra allocations, rooms and relocations
- Work on a rostered basis across specified opening hours and support weekend and evening cover
Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer facing/call centre environment
- Strong computer skills and numeracy skills

- Experience within Travel Sector or resort based experience (desirable)
- Ability to work under pressure whilst dealing with complex situations
- Good organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise workload
