- Lead Project Planning & Implementation: develop and execute comprehensive project or program plans that align with business objectives
- Solve Complex Challenges: customize solutions to effectively navigate project issues and remove roadblocks to success

- Ensure Project Success: manage timelines, scope, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction to meet objectives
- Coordinate Across Teams: collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, communicate, and align on project plans, requirements, and deliverables
- Execute with Excellence: lead project execution efforts to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and milestones are met
- Provide Team Leadership: guide and support project teams throughout the project lifecycle to meet business and technical requirements
- Identify & Mitigate Risks: engage stakeholders to identify potential risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain Transparency: monitor project health and provide consistent status updates to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- Experience leading and delivering multiple low to medium-complexity projects
- Ability to plan, execute, and complete projects end-to-end
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Skills in identifying and mitigating project risks and removing roadblocks
- Ability to manage timelines, scope, budget, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Provide objective, consistent status updates to leadership and stakeholders
