• Liaising with attorneys to progress cases to settlement or trial
• Liaising with clients in relation to documentation and case updates, through either electronic mail and/or telephone calls
• Handling of your own caseload that requires proactive organization and prioritization to progress cases in a timely manner and ensure deadlines are met
• Gathering, collation and service of outgoing discovery
• Review of incoming mail and discovery documentation
• Drafting, e-filing and service of pleadings
