Senior Sales Manager DACH, Northern Italy – HotelTech

• As a (Senior) Sales Manager for Switzerland and Northern Italy, you will play a key role in expanding hotelkit’s presence across these two strategic regions.
• You will own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and product demonstrations to contract negotiations and closing deals.
• Your mission is to help hoteliers transform their operations with hotelkit, enabling more efficient workflows and stronger team collaboration.
• Conduct 2+ engaging product demos or meetings with hotel decision-makers per week.
• Maintain a healthy, balanced sales pipeline, including both outbound prospects and inbound leads.
• Make 10+ calls per day and complete 150+ sales activities per week across multiple channels.
• Generate at least 10 new sales opportunities per month through proactive outreach and networking.
• Work closely with Marketing and the SDR team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
