Senior Sales Manager – DACH & Northern Italy

• As a (Senior) Sales Manager for the DACH market & Northern Italy, you will play a key role in expanding hotelkit's presence across these two strategic regions.
• You will own the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach and product demonstrations to contract negotiations and closing deals.
• Your mission is to help hoteliers transform their operations with hotelkit by enabling more efficient workflows and stronger team collaboration.
• Conduct 2+ engaging product demos or meetings with hotel decision-makers.
• Maintain a healthy and balanced sales pipeline, including both outbound prospects and inbound leads.
• Make 10+ calls per day and achieve 150+ sales activities per week across multiple channels.
• Generate at least 10 new sales opportunities per month through proactive outreach and networking.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and SDR teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
