Senior Sales Manager, DACH Market – Northern Italy
hotelkit(Senior) Sales Manager managing the sales cycle for hotel tech in Switzerland and Northern Italy. Transforming hotel operations and collaboration through SaaS solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a (Senior) Sales Manager for Switzerland and Northern Italy, you will play a key role in expanding hotelkit’s presence across these two strategic regions.
- You will own the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and product demonstrations to contract negotiations and closing deals.
- Your mission is to help hoteliers transform their operations with hotelkit, enabling more efficient workflows and stronger team collaboration.
- Conduct 2+ engaging product demos or meetings with hotel decision-makers per week.
- Maintain a healthy, balanced sales pipeline, including both outbound prospects and inbound leads.
- Make 10+ calls per day and complete 150+ sales activities per week across multiple channels.
- Generate at least 10 new sales opportunities per month through proactive outreach and networking.
- Work closely with Marketing and the SDR team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience within the hotel tech industry.
- A strong passion for digital solutions and the hospitality sector.
- An established network in the DACH region and/or within the hospitality industry in Northern Italy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
- Curious and eager to learn — you enjoy developing your skills and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Fluent in German, English, and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
- Willingness to travel within your assigned sales region.
