Senior Sales Manager – DACH & Northern Italy
hotelkit(Senior) Sales Manager responsible for sales activities in the DACH region and Northern Italy. Driving growth for hotelkit's digital solutions in the hotel industry.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to contract signing
- Consultative selling — you understand your clients’ challenges and propose tailored solutions
- Professional product presentations — online and on-site for hoteliers and decision-makers
- Negotiation and closing — you conduct conversations confidently and with a results focus
- Team collaboration — close coordination with Marketing, SDRs and Customer Success
- Market monitoring — you stay on top of industry developments and identify trends and opportunities early
- Represent hotelkit at trade shows and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales within the hotel-tech industry
- Passion for digital solutions and the hospitality sector
- Existing network in the DACH region and/or the hotel industry in Northern Italy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, results-oriented and proactive work style
- Curious and eager to learn — you enjoy developing professionally and sharing knowledge within the team
- Fluent German, English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within your sales territory
