About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to contract signing
  • Consultative selling — you understand your clients’ challenges and propose tailored solutions
  • Professional product presentations — online and on-site for hoteliers and decision-makers
  • Negotiation and closing — you conduct conversations confidently and with a results focus
  • Team collaboration — close coordination with Marketing, SDRs and Customer Success
  • Market monitoring — you stay on top of industry developments and identify trends and opportunities early
  • Represent hotelkit at trade shows and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales within the hotel-tech industry
  • Passion for digital solutions and the hospitality sector
  • Existing network in the DACH region and/or the hotel industry in Northern Italy
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Structured, results-oriented and proactive work style
  • Curious and eager to learn — you enjoy developing professionally and sharing knowledge within the team
  • Fluent German, English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel within your sales territory
