Senior Sales Manager DACH, Northern Italy – HotelTech

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to contract signature
- Consultative selling — you understand your customers' challenges and present tailored solutions
- Professional product presentations — online and on-site to hoteliers and decision-makers
- Negotiation and closing — you conduct discussions confidently and with a results focus
- Team collaboration — close coordination with Marketing, SDRs and Customer Success
- Market monitoring — you stay on top of the industry and spot trends and opportunities early
- Represent hotelkit at trade shows and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales within the hotel-tech industry
- Passion for digital solutions and hospitality
- Existing network in the DACH region and/or northern Italian hotel sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, results-oriented and proactive working style
- Curious and eager to learn — you enjoy developing professionally and sharing knowledge with the team
- Fluent in German, English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
- Willingness to travel within your sales region
