About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the entire sales cycle — from initial outreach to contract signature
  • Consultative selling — you understand your customers' challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Professional product presentations — online and on-site to hoteliers and decision-makers
  • Negotiation and closing — you conduct discussions confidently and with a results focus
  • Team collaboration — close coordination with Marketing, SDRs and Customer Success
  • Market monitoring — you stay on top of the industry and spot trends and opportunities early
  • Represent hotelkit at trade shows and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales within the hotel-tech industry
  • Passion for digital solutions and hospitality
  • Existing network in the DACH region and/or northern Italian hotel sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Structured, results-oriented and proactive working style
  • Curious and eager to learn — you enjoy developing professionally and sharing knowledge with the team
  • Fluent in German, English and Italian; additional languages are an advantage
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems
  • Willingness to travel within your sales region
