About the role
- Craft and execute innovative strategies to prevent and eliminate fraudulent behaviors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unlock new opportunities and deliver seamless experiences for customers
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to create, refine, enhance and test fraud detection models and algorithms for scalability and customer satisfaction
- Lead investigations and risk mitigation efforts
- Manage and lead a team of 3-4 people providing support and insights to clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in fraud analytics, risk management, project management, machine learning tools
- 2+ years Managing a team
- Data analytics skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and identify fraud patterns
- Ability to identify, create strategic plans and protocols and lead initiatives start to finish
- Bonus: fluency in fraud detection tools (Sift, SQL, Salesforce, Datadog, Zerofox) and payment tooling
